Description

Our client are looking for a strong Finance Systems Manager for a 3-6 month requirement based in central Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the below:

*Expert technical knowledge and experience of Finance Systems administration, application development and maintenance

*Over 5 years of experience HFM, FDMEE, DRM and systems interfacing and mapping

*Expert knowledge and experience of banking finance data and systems.

*Strong academic record, preferably a degree of minimum 2(i).

*Ideally a Qualified accountant.

*Experience of managing and delivering projects and track record of finance project delivery preferably in a Financial Services organisation.

*Pro-active, with the ability and confidence to drive forward discussions, co-ordinate activities, make judgements and take decisions.

*Well organised, good attention to detail, and able to plan workload effectively.

*A team player able to build strong relationships across the business and to train and coach other team members

*Proven experience of managing colleagues in a project-based or line management capacity

*Key competencies include:

Flexibility, independence, influencing, initiative, forward thinking, achievement of results through others, thinks conceptually to understand overall picture, relationship management.
