Next ventures are currently looking for an Oracle HR consultant to work in Sweden.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set;
Key Skills:
Hands on Oracle Fusion experience
Oracle Fusion
SSHR implementation and customizations like HR Plan, HR Action plan
Perform functional testing and work with technical team for unit testing and system integration testing.
Perform functional personalizations.
Facilitate and co-ordinate between onsite business users and offshore development team.
Providing support to the business users during the testing, roll out and parallel run process and handling any issues which may arise.
providing formal and informal coaching and training to the client (project team, the client's trainers and end users of the system).
