ICT Telecoms Project Manager required for a 6 month minimum contract to be based in Hungary.

The suitable candidate MUST speak some Hungarian.

12- 15 years of relevant industry experience with minimum 8 years relevant Project Management Experience.
Strong background in delivering projects in telecommunications
Datamodelling for key data attributes in a consumer mobile telco world - Customer, Product, Order, Bill
Understanding of CRM and Billing processes
Good experience in Customer Management.
Sound Operational understanding and technical skills.
Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
Very sound industry trends awareness.
Sound problem solving skills.
Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and web technology.
Strong knowledge of PM best practices and business processes.
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills.
Hold a relevant bachelor degree, an equivalent qualification.

Essential & Preferred

Must have telecommunications PM experience

Must have experience managing CRM and Billing projects (no specific software knowledge required)

Technical background preferred (but not essential), example understanding of testing, developing etc.

Prefer project experience with web technology and applications

No specific methodologies or certifications required

Reports to program director client side

Will be managing 10 to 15 direct reports onshore and offshore

Will be managing stakeholder both business management and SME's
