Role - Document Controller/AdministratorLocation – Co. Limerick
Type – initially 6 month contract
One of our key clients is looking fora driven Document Controller to provide support to the Automation group relating to documentation systems and ancillary support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt, verification and archiving of automation turn over documentation
- Implements and maintains document repositories and archives.
- Administration of document management system
- Provides guidance to Tech Ops department in proper use of document changes systems to ensure consistency of system usage.
- Coordinates receipt, mastering, issuance, review and revision of controlled documents, e.g. URS, FDS, SDS, I/O lists etc.
- Maintains departmental databases.
- Participates in site-wide project teams as necessary.
- Prepares status reports for management.
- Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in fulfilling Administration/Document Control role ideally within an engineering environment.
- Degree qualified is preferable, however additional related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
