Required skills:
Experience of implementing an ServiceNow portal or any other HR Portals. Key skill is understanding of the requirements of an HR portal. Responsible for configuration of an Employee Self service portal incorporating Knowledge and Request Management.
Essential
Min 2+ years experience with ServiceNow architecture and development
Experience working to technical standards
Experience in CMS and iFrame configuration
Experience in Employee self-service portal configuration
Experience in configuring complex orchestration workflows
Experience in Javascript
Experience of using APIs (JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, REST) and web services
Experience in ServiceNow Scripting, Business Rules etc
Experience writing requirements and test acceptance criteria for system development
Experience in working with stakeholder groups to extract requirements
Desirable (not essential)
Experience of HR Service Automation
Experience with HR Systems (Fusion/Taleo) highly desirable
Experience training a team of junior developers desirable
Experience in defining technical standards
