Description
Summary:- This position will be in the Demand to Deliver (D2D) track reporting to the track lead.
- D2D has several sub-tracks. Each sub-track takes care for the detailed processes within that operational work area which will be executed on Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) and connected local IT systems.
- Important Oracle Modules for D2D are Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM) wit focus on Pick, Pack Ship, Warehouse management (WMS), Work in Process (WIP), and Production Scheduling.
- The candidate should have experience with the processes mentioned above on operational execution level in Distribution Center function or Manufacturing functions.
- Functional Design document development
- The creation of functional design documents needs to be supported from a business point of view
- Participation in worldwide conference calls to develop functional documents.
- Learning the operational process in one or more sub tracks designed in the ERP system
- Reviewing the documents like Functional design documents, test scripts and evidence documents.
- Supporting the track lead in organizing and managing worldwide SIT1, SIT2, UAT test events for D2D track.
Skill set:
- Operational and ERP experience, preferred would be Oracle EBS Application know how.
- Flexible in working times due to telephone conferences in early morning or late evening time.
- Knowledge in Google Apps for work/Microsoft Office
