You will be required to work as part of the Desktop Services Team within a Market Leading organisation to migrate 160 users' accounts & workstations onto the Regional Business Application Platform.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Migration of User Active Directory accounts between domains
* Update of user workstations to comply with Regional Information Security
* Make an increasing contribution to the team deliverables in line with the IT Support policy
* Review outstanding 5519 IT Support job list & complete tasks to high level of customer satisfaction
* Support Senior Engineer in providing Local Network Support
* Provide support to IT Operations colleagues as required
SKILLS:
* In depth of Windows operating systems for PC & laptop installation and maintenance
* Extensive troubleshooting on complex support problems analytical skills to identify the root cause and resolve issues
* Software application knowledge to include: Windows 7, Windows 8, MS Office, Lync Client Sage 200, Office365,
* Basic networking skills to allow Cisco firewalls & CSS, Routing, switching and VPN's
* Clear understanding of IT solutions and delivery mechanisms
