One of my exclusive clients who is based in Dublin is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to join the team on a 3 month daily rate contract.
This is an excellent contract whereby you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle.
Due to growth in business they are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce developer.
The Salesforce developer will be responsible for designing and implementing customer facing solutions that are usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Salesforce Force.com cloud platform.
Code quality matters. The approach is agile (SCRUM) and test-driven.
Technologies used are Apex (Java-like language), Visualforce (JavaServer Pages-like), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery and Java technologies
Collaboration with customers on requirements and issues is part of the job.
The emphasis is on results.
They offer flexibility on work location (remote working) and work hours; their working environment is cloud based.
They avoid bureaucracy.
You may even have the opportunity to travel to America to visit some of their customers!
Experience: At least 3+ years' experience working with Salesforce development
Experience working with Apex, visual force and force.com
Experience working with managed packages within Salesforce
Experience in the whole software development lifecycle
Desirable but not necessary:
Background with Java programming Knowledge with JavaScript libraries such as Angular.JS
Day - Day Duties
Dealing with new customers, solving customer issues
Adding new features and integrating these features with the customers system
Participating in scrum meetings
Mentoring junior developers and providing technical insight into the project
