Scrum Master - 6 month Contract
One of our best clients are looking for a number of scrum masters for initial 6 month contract based in Dublin City Center. Scrum masters with exposure to working on multiple streams are particularly sought after.
Responsibilities
- Working at all stages of project life cycle from concept/requirements gathering to end user deployment in a fast paced environment
- Team coaching in effective application of scrum approaches and ceremonies
- Sprint planning: estimation facilitation, dependency identification.
- Sprint and release progress updates to team, Programme Manager and PMO including risk identification and cross functional strategies mitigation including velocity calculation, preparation of burn downs etc
Experience
- 3+ years Scrum Master Experience
- Comfortable working in a highly flexible, team oriented and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge/experience of best practice in software development and testing
