Functional Analyst - Communication System - Dutch Speaking - Belgium
We are currently looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to perform in Communication and Collaboration system working for a global retail organisation in Belgium for a duration of 6 months + extend.
Role Responsibility:
- Define, analyze and document requirements (both functional and non-functional)
- Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development)
- Establish test scenarios, perform testing
- Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly
- Design user interface, functional configuration and usability of the system
- In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)
- Preparation of documentation for Key users

Experience required:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Extensive experience in unified communication (UC² - telephone and videophone)
- Experience in development of virtual workplace (operating systems, VDI, browsers, WIFI/3G/4G)
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Must have interest in devices (desktop, mobile)
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset
