MSS and IMS Integration Engineers
About the Company
The integration engineers we are looking for will focus on the work for core solutions including MSS (Mobile Soft Switch) OR IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)
Duties and Responsibilities
The Integration engineer is expected to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node/network/system. Scope could include the scenarios of Introduction, upgrade expansion/functionality and capacity testing.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Deploy Ericsson MSS(Mobile Soft Switch) OR IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) solution including Hardware Startup, Software Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing and Troubleshooting.
- Operation and Maintenance for customers' existing MSS OR IMS systems with problem identification/troubleshooting, expansion, upgrade/update.
- Provide technical analysis/suggestion to Project Manager or other project stakeholders during project planning or project execution
- Interacting with customer and fulfil customer needs with technical expertise
Candidate Skills and Requirements
- Basic knowledge for mobile networks (2G/3G/4G) is mandatory
- Basic knowledge on Linux OS is mandatory
- Good understanding for IP network, CCNA certificate is preferred
Additional Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively, globally - please only apply if you are willing to accept travel frequently.
