Technical Skill
- Fluent Swedish Speaker
- 5-8 years of experience as WebSphere Administration/Architect.
- Install/Configure WebSphere on Linux platform
- Installing IHS Server
- Configure WebSphere cluster
- Configure and tune WebSphere and IHS for the platform and application
- Sound knowledge on clustering and load balancing
- Capable of configuring WebSphere platform in the Cloud environment
- Ability to establish standard operational process/procedure around the environment
Soft Skills
- Flexibility (Ready to work 24X7 during major incidents and On Call as per need)
