IT Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Leeds

An exciting opportunity has came up with a leading service provider who does a huge amount of work the public sector and the councils. They are on the lookout for an experience IT Support Analyst to come on board and embedded themselves in their vibrant business in Leeds City Centre.

You will be part of an innovative and hard working IT support team who have a great deal of understanding for their companies IT infrastructure and application structure.

Rate: £10-£13 ph DOE

Length: 3 Months

Location: Leeds City Centre

Essential Skills:

- Must have experience on a service desk, logging tickets and answering queries.

- Previous 1st/2nd line support experience

- Understanding of virtualisation platforms is beneficial

- Excellent customer facing communication skills

- MUST HAVE at least 2+ years experience in an IT support environment.

Job Duties:

The majority of your time will be spent on the service desk going through a large backlog of tickets on the system. There may be some requirements to attend to desktop support queries. You will be part of a small team of 4, who all link very well with each other and lend a hand when needed.
