Skills Required
-Ability to build and use Web Services (SOAP and REST)
-Ability to make full use of KENDO UI/JQuery frameworks for GIS components' integration into websites
-Ability to make full use of ArcGIS for JavaScript and to use HTML 5 and CSS 3
-Proven professional experience in developing Geographical systems (including integration of GIS components on web sites and design, and manipulation of GeoDatabases)
-Ability to administer and make full use of Esri ArcGIS 11.x and products:
Esri ArcGIS 11.x administration, Web Services deployment on ArcGIS server 11.x, ArcMap 10.2.x
-Ability to design and manipulation GeoDatabases (File and ESRI ArcSDE GeoDatabases)
-Ability to write/speak/understand English (level B min).
Expertise in either domain(s);
-Geographical Systems developer and Front End developer
