Description
Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Sales Force Support Specialist to join our client EU team in Amsterdam on a contract basis. You will be required to work closely with EU Sales, Service and Delivery teams and understand their business needs and be able to support them on a day to day basis.
Main duties:
- Have a thorough understanding of the general sales and marketing concepts to work with the business partners and translate their what they want into what they needs.
- User administration, profile/role creation & management
- Maintaining and creating Dashboards
- Creation and maintenance of Workflows/Approvals/Alerts
- Full understanding of Standard Objects & Functionality
- Proficient with administration
- Competent knowledge of Apex & Visualforce and knowing their capabilities. Ability to develop at least simple triggers and custom classes
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Ability to work with QA team and write test cases, test scripts and manage user acceptance test cycles
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or IT directly supporting the sales organization, preferably manufacturing/selling durable goods.
- Direct hands-on experience in Salesforce.com platform is required.
- Knowledge of Force.com Explorer
- Knowledge of Service Cloud Console
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodology
- Proficient with Workflow & Data Import/Management
Preferred:
- Knowledge of other development environments including Java, .NET, HTML.
- Experience with 3rd party SalesForce apps like Eloqua, Drawloop, Qualtrics
- Completed SFDC projects that encompassed all major knowledge sectors(Administration, Apex,Visualforce)
