RF Engineer (LTE)
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a RF Engineer (LTE), to join their project in Istanbul, Turkey.
Position Title: RF Engineer (LTE)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015.
Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Responsibilities:
- RF optimisation for an LTE national rollout/SWAP project
- Drive test reporting, KPI monitoring, benchmarks
- First line diagnostics, resolving site issues
- Support the project staff with guidelines and supervision
- Technical training, combining theory with practice
- Technical reports, configuration database maintenance
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 2+ years of Huawei LTE optimization and planning experience
- LTE swap/rollout experience
- Nastar, Optimi, and similar optimization and tools
- Experience with radio planning tools such as Atoll, and Map info etc.
- Parameter optimization experience
- Fluent English language skills
