Recruitment Administrator - Sutton - Temporary - £9-11ph

Huntress Group are currently recruiting for an individual who can provide support resources to various projects within the company. Our client is looking for an individual with strong admin skills and a background within recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to progress and gain advanced knowledge within recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the resourcing team with administrative duties relating to due diligence
  • Liaison with consultants to obtain references, professional qualifications and other necessary documentation to comply with the due diligence process
  • Ensure suitable consultants are captured on the database with supporting documents as required
  • Advise and provide project resourcing options to business units, including IOs as needed
  • Partner with bid teams, and represent the resourcing team at bid meetings and post bid/award meetings
  • Maintain close working relationships with business units, proactively anticipate consultant requirements through screening and assessing the suitability of potential consultants CVs for future use
  • Assist business units prepare job profiles and consultant specifications where appropriate
  • Assist business units in selection interviews and assessment of consultants and project staff
  • Provide consultant contracting support to business units
  • Handle communications with consultants

  • Able to administer databases for recording and retrieval of records
  • Experience of working in an office environment is essential
  • Advanced understanding of social media and it's uses in harnessing communication and networks
