Leading financial client requires 2 Senior Developers with extensive experience of core Hadoop (Yarn, HDFS, Spark, Hive, HBase, Impala etc...) to work on a brand new, greenfield Big Data platform within Front Office IT.
Other skills in addition to Hadoop: Scala, DevOps, Agile/BDD, Data Warehousing, Java.
This is a long term contract opportunity, and a chance to get involved in a cutting edge project from the start.
Head-count: x2 vacancies
Contract: The project is funded for 3yrs
Rate: £600-£780p/day
