1st/ 2nd Line Support - Taunton - Up to £20,000 + BenefitsExciting and new opportunity for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to join a dedicated team of IT support staff based in Taunton.
As a 1st / 2nd Line support you will provide day to day support for 250 desk-based and remote users. Be responsible for PC software installations and configurations including operating systems. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, phones and any other authorised peripheral equipment. You will also be responsible for user account administration, i.e., account creation, management and password resets, on Active Directory and Exchange mailbox creation.
You will be challenged on a daily basis to take an active role in the department. You will develop the role to be a key person in the department, if you have new ideas on what can improve the network and infrastructure, then your thoughts on these matters are welcomed.

- Microsoft Office
- Antivirus / Spyware technologies
- PC & Laptop Hardware
- Some exposure to SQL server
