Senior Design Researcher, Watford, Contract, £400 per day

As a Senior Design Researcher you will be part of a UX design team that defines the end-to-end digital experiences of products and solutions on web and mobile platforms.

The Design Researcher Lead design research activities to unearth latent user needs and behaviors, uncover innovation opportunities, and both guide and inspire teams with compelling actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • MA/MS or Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field is required.
  • 7+ years of solid work experience with job roles such as Design researcher, UX designer or Interaction designer
  • Experience with applying Service Design Principles
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Visual thinker and communicator
  • SaaS Product experience
