C# Developer - Contract - Greenfield - 12 months - Up to £350/dayA leading client based in Leeds are looking for 1, maybe 2, contractors to work on a brand new project going live in the next few weeks. The right C# Developer / Web Developer / .Net Developer will work as part of a team to initially deliver a project plan and specification, followed by the actual development work.
The initial part of the project will work on the service layer, working with other systems as well through Web APIs etc. This will then move on to the presentation layer once further development has been achieved.
The project is expected to last well into 2016, if not continue throughout 2017, so someone that is keen on a "long term" project is key.
The key skills they look for:
C#
ASP.Net MVC
SQL Server with Entity Framework
WCF / Web API
TFS
Desirable skills:
Strong team fit, able to deal with changing requirements
Experience dealing with offices based in other countries/time zones (not essential)
JavaScript - JQuery/Knockout/Bootstrap
The role is based in Leeds city centre and they are writing the contract up for an initial 12 month period. They are happy to be flexible on budget for the right person, but are looking in the region of £300 to £350/day.
Interviews are happening this week and a start date within the next 2 weeks is needed. Though initially it will be 5 days on site, this can be changed to include some remote working once an initial "proving" period is over.
