I currently have a requirement for a Pricing Analyst working in London for a leading Financial Services Client. The details are below-Location: London
Duration: 3 months +
Rate: £ p/d
Start Date: 5th October
The role-
The successful candidate will ideally have a numerate degree and experience of propensity, econometric and regression modelling using SAS and experience using SQL to manipulate data. Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge would be an advantage. They need to be able to explain complex subjects with simplicity, clarity and in a non technical way.
Key Skills:
· Strong knowledge of econometric modelling or regression modelling is needed for this role - minimum three years' experience. The successful candidate will be supporting the development of econometric / statistical models for the Pricing Team so a strong statistical background is needed
· Experience with large data sets, requiring extraction from data warehouse, transformation and analysis
· SAS/ SQL / Teradata experience (minimum two years' experience) is essential
