Developer facing Testing
Using Session-based Exploratory and Interface Testing techniques
Creating, executing and maintaining Developer-Facing Tests and reports
Creating and maintaining defect logs and traceability to test cases and requirements
Behaviour driven testing
Determine the impact these changes will have on the Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)/Middleware systems
Experience of using test tools including HP Quality
Knowledge of working with risk management techniques.
Strong people management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong project and change management skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and certification (for example ISO9000), and ability to drive efforts to bring products into conformance with such standards.
In depth software quality assurance skills.
The ability to work to agreed deadlines.
Investigative, analytical and resolution skills of a high order and an aptitude for problem solving.
Extract test requirements
Identify, raise, document and manage issues in system documentation
Identify test scenarios
Log, review and manage defects
Progress tracking and reporting
Lead reviews of test requirements
Supporting the Test Manager as required
Identify, design and manage test data
Risk management
Process management
