Mechanical Design Engineer - Pro Engineer/Creo
Location: South Wales
Duration: Initially 6 months
Rate: Negotiable hourly
I am exclusively representing an established market leader who have exciting plans. This has led to an urgent need for a Contract Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team for initially 6 months with a view to extending longer term.
The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will mainly be involved in the design and development of new products from conception through to completion.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Mechanical/CAD Design Engineer who has solid Pro E Wildfire design skills and a good background in designing complex mechanical products rather than comparatively simple products requiring sheet metal pressings or extrusions.
Essential Skills:
Pro Engineer Wildfire design experience
Design experience of mechanical components
Experience of close-tolerance CNC machines would be helpful but Not essential.
Our client is ideally looking for a self- motivated, enthusiastic, team player who will be available to start in no more that 2 weeks time. A full role profile will be given upon application.
