Customer Service representative, English speaking, Almere!
Do you speak fluent English and would you like to work as a customer support agent in an international company in the manufacturing industry? If yes, this position could possibly match your profile! In this role you will work in a team but you will also work closely with the account managers to keep them abreast of customer issues and orders. Please note this will be a temporary full time position.
Job description:
In this job as customer service representative you will have a variety of work. Next to being the point of contact for the international clients you will also be working on order management, order fulfillment process and busy with building and maintaining client relationships. Due to your excellent communication skills, you have a positive attitude and you like to drive improvements and bring new ideas. For this position SAP knowledge is required as you will work with this system on a daily basis.
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience in a similar position
- B2B experience (no B2C experience)
- Fluent English
- SAP experience is a must
- Work experience in a manufacturing industry is desired
- Available on very short notice
