For my client based in North-brabant I'm looking for an MDD specialist.

Project: 12 months+
Skills
*Experienced in setting up and implementing Model Driven Development and modelling language(s) in an environment where MDD/MDE is not very well known.
*Experienced with relevant tooling such as Enterprise Architect and language workbenches.
*Experienced with code generation in Java development environments;
Experience with Agile approach.
*Experience with Business Process Management and Service Oriented Architecture principles.
*Experienced with achieving adoption in process and tooling by both IT and Business users.
*Experienced with working in different cultures (German/Dutch).
*Willing to travel across Europe (occasionally).
*Good English in writing and speaking;
*Result driven, cooperative and communicative.
Key tasks:
1.Setting up and improving the MDD/MDE practice, processes and tools.
*Design the technical architecture and technical implementation plan of the MDD development environment.
*Execute the implementation plan by installing and configuring the MDD environment, including but not limited to modelling tool, modelling language, meta language, language workbench, code generator(s).
*Define and refine the modelling language to achieve adoption by IT and non-technical users.
*Build and extend a catalogue of reusable, elegant solutions patterns.
*Build and extend a library of reusable, elegant software components.
*Build and extend document standards and guidelines for using these patterns and components.
2.Define, describe and execute training in MDD methodology to technical and non-technical users.
3.Coaching of the both technical and non-technical users in their new roles.
4.Sharing and incorporating lessons learned in improved working assumptions, solution patterns and adjusted MDD configurations.
5.Validate the MDD/MDE approach for delivering Java code.
