Payments Business Analyst (SEPA)_
The Business Analyst(SEPA) takes an agile approach and has a good understanding of the payments market, the needs of commercial customers. In this position you are part of a multidisciplinary team and you work closely with the product owner, blueprint experts, architects and the development teams, in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Payments Business Analyst (SEPA) Job Spec
- Support and drive analysis and design for the Payment country modules, delivering detailed specifications of business and IT requirements, especially gaps analysis for each country roll-out
- Provide detailed input for the development team and support the product owner in leading the development team on a daily basis
- Analyze and prepare client impact and client communications
- Present and evaluate different solution alternatives
- Alignment with all key stakeholders (other teams within the end to end payments process chain)
- Assist in acceptance testing
Key Skills
- All communication is in English and therefore your English language skills should be above average.
- Good knowledge of International Payments and Cash Management business.
- Good knowledge of online banking domain;
- Experience in product development with development teams;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail;
- Flexible and delivery minded;
- Track record of at least 5 years in a comparable position in the financial services industry; and experience in working with IT
- Focus on execution and delivery, used to work under pressure of deadlines;
- Good organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritize work;
- Ability to operate individually but in a team as well;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (orally and in writing) skills;
- Good command of English as a language.
