Infrastructure Engineer Senior
Hi,
I am seeking for my client an infrastructure Engineer Senior for a long project in Brussels.
Job spec:
* Systems Engineer with experience in building and integrating Processing, Networking, and Storage solutions in green field IT Deployments. Experince with international (European) regulations beneficial.
* Provides 3rd Tier IT support when 2nd Tier support cannot resolve an issue.
* Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
* Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
* Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources.
* Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines.
* Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
* Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
