Sr. Front End Developer

Description

We are looking for senior level developer with 5-7 years of experience working as a front-end developer. You should have a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. You should have developed and maintained responsive web applications in the past and have a solid portfolio to share with us.
You should have a passion for remarkable user experiences. We believe simple can be much harder than complex and strive to find the best and simplest solution, not the most obvious.
Experience with Ruby on Rails would also be great, but a love for what you do and and eagerness to learn would be even better.

Responsibilities

Design and implement new features for our applications in HTML/CSS/Javascript

Write well-crafted, high-quality, self-documented, and easy to maintain code

Work closely with our designers to create remarkable user-experiences for our clients

Work closely with our Client Services team to help support our customers

Work closely with our backend-developers to implement elegant solutions for our customers

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

At least 5 to 7 years of experience developing in HTML/CSS/Javascript professionally

Strong attention to details

Experience with responsive web design

Good understanding of jQuery

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience with Git and Github

Not required, but experience with the following technologies would be a great plus: Ruby on Rails, Backbone.js, Foundation CSS Framework, node.js, and Grunt
