We are currently recruiting for a Database Developer for our clients based in Brussels, Belgium for a one year contract with possible extnesion -Job Description
The tasks that are to be performed include:
Writing of technical documentation .
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the Database .
Participation in meetings with project teams .
Assistance in the testing, the deployment and the reporting .
Production of technical documentation (i.e. architecture documents, components/building blocks related documents, etc.). .
Contribution in the design and implementation of database layer of multi-tears applications .
Data analysis, data modelling. .
Contribution to definition and integration of database components .
Assistance in database integration with applications.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS .
Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience of application development environments. . In-depth knowledge of relational database systems .
In depth knowledge of SQL .
Good knowledge of modelling database tools .
Knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier web applications .
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments .
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication. .
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team. .
Fluent in English, knowledge of French is an asset
Job Requirements
Very good knowledge and professional experience of Oracle RDBMS .
Good knowledge of Incident Management tools ( JIRA) 5.
