Senior Scala DeveloperSenior Scala Developer needed within Equity Swaps Technology to join our strategic development team working on the next generation swaps platform known as SSE.
Mains duties will include:
-Performing a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
-Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
Essential Skills:
-Core Scala experience (2 years commercial ideally)
-Being able to use Scala to build a large-scale system.
-Familiar with language constructs and how they are used.
-Design and create a system, in the proper way.
-5 year minimum commercial software development experience.
This a contract role initially for 6-12 months.
