Description
Our client, a multinational technology and consulting corporation, is currently recruiting for 2 experienced Oracle CCB Consultants who will be based in Durham for an initial 4 months.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) product (1-3+ years)
- Demonstrable experience of participation in the requirements definition phase of at least one CC&B implementation project
- In-depth knowledge of finance/billing/credit-and-collections component of CC&B would be useful
- Knowledge of the field-activities and/or customer contacts
Desirable Industry Background
- Knowledge of the UK Utility Industry.
- Knowledge of the UK Water industry.
