Solution Architect (Contract) - £375 - £475 - 6 months - Berkshire (Immediate)
Various Unified Communications projects need the contribution of solution architect(s) to produce new product designs and ensure solution implementation according to design. All aspects of the customer wheel (find, set-up, use, pay, stop and help) are to be addressed in design, therefore skill set across network and IT (BSS/OSS) is desired as well as experience of new product development design and implementation methodology.
Keywords for relevant technical experience:
IMS, SIP, conferencing, video codecs, FMC, Microsoft Lync, CISCO Call Manager, LTE, 3G, TISPAN, design.
Skills/Experience
- As designer or solution architect in complex New Product Development design and implementation projects involving SIP/IMS or other VoIP technology
- Strong network background with also end to end design experience (BSS/OSS)
- Experience of providing solution design ownership through development and test phases of a project - generating and reviewing test artefacts as needed
- Supplier technical evaluation and selection
- Previous experience and knowledge of OpCo IT systems preferable
- Fluent in English (additional European language preferred)
