Description

Job Summary:
  • The primary responsibility for this position will be the timely management and fulfillment of client orders within the workflow process of the National Digital Operations department.
  • This position will be responsible for receiving contracts/change requests (CR) from clients, inputting contract/CR data into National Operations tracking systems, and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of fulfillment on all contracts/CR.
  • While processing orders, the Order Validation representative must adhere to business rules, product features, and Specs and Standards
  • The performance of this position will be measured by timeliness and accuracy of fulfillment, timely response to interdepartmental queries, and regular follow up on queries to clients.
  • This position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining tracking reports on an ongoing basis.

Job Details:
  • Receive Contracts and Change Requests from Account Management
  • Validate all applicable data on contracts and/or Change Requests
  • Query contract/CR back to Account Management if information supplied by the client is insufficient for fulfillment
  • Create complete and clear instructions/case comments in SalesForce.com, leaving no guesswork to be made in fulfillment by Order Entry, Ad Production, Quality Assurance, and Billing departments.
  • All applicable fields must be completed by the rep in order to ensure that all departments in the workflow have all information necessary for timely and accurate fulfillment
  • In addition to CMR-supplied Insertion Orders/CR, create supplemental documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and notes to assist Order Entry, Ad Production, Quality Assurance, and Billing departments in the fulfillment of the Order/CR.
  • Create tickets (notes) in A-Frontier when necessary
  • Respond to all workflow queries from Ad Production, Quality Assurance and Billing departments within 24 hours or less
  • Ensure that the rep's personal queue is consistently reviewed for aging queries and orders/Change Requests
  • Follow up on queries to Account Management to ensure that orders/CR are not neglected by the client
  • Follow up on the completion of vendor fulfilled products such as video ads, audio ads, within 1 business day to ensure that orders/Change Request are not neglected
  • In conjunction with the Quality Assurance team, document and communicate site issues to clients and any other parties involved in the fulfillment process
  • Understand and enforce business rules, features, and Specs and Standards
  • Direct all customer care inquiries to the Account Managers
SKILLS:

Mandatory Skills:
  • College degree or 2+ years experience
  • Mobile Ad Operation Experience or Digital Media Planning Experience.
  • Salesforce and Account Management experience is a Must Have.
  • Experience running ad campaigns across multiple ad networks and exchanges desired; familiarity with mobile DSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges strongly desired
  • Strong analytic aptitude and experience required to keep up with our very analytic team
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through, self-starter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • SalesForce, Excel, PPT, CSS, Verve, Outlook, College degree or 2+ years
Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience in campaign manager, client service and/or project manager role
  • Experience delivering fast-paced projects in digital marketing media
  • Mobile Ad experience or online experience in advertising a strong plus
