Description
Summary:- The Senior BA will work with clients to do business process mapping, gather high-level business need/requirements, conduct capability gap assessment, identify potential technology solutions, and provide recommendation(s).
- He/She will build, validate and update diagrams, models and other artifacts to describe business processes, requirements and potential solutions.
- Detailed Description of the Solution contractor will provide business analysis services in relation to the project.
- Project is a process-driven endeavor to engage and enable external parties in a manner which allows for the outward communication of business needs, and the inward receipt of ideas in support of such needs.

- Technology recommendations for a tool or system capable of supporting business process.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or in the CHG industry.
- IIBA Business Analysis certification and/or demonstrated experience in enterprise level business analysis and/or requirements business analysis on medium/large scale projects.
- Strong experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions and document analysis, process modelling, conceptual data modelling, use cases and wireframes.
- Solid knowledge of systems life cycle and organizational change management.
- Candidate must demonstrate excellent skills in analysis, oral and written communication, consensus building, facilitation, and the ability to readily learn a new business area.
- Domain knowledge of the Consumer Health Goods (CHG) industry is desirable.
