Description

Primary Purpose of Position:
  • Seeking senior level TIBCO Developers to support IBM Maximo Asset Management application upgrade from version 6.2.4 to 7.6.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maximo is currently integrated with 15 different applications using TIBCO.
  • This individual will be responsible for remediating existing interfaces impacted by the upgrade as well as creating new interfaces and utilities to enable new functionalities.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and evaluate business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Design and develop new TIBCO BW processes and enhance existing processes
  • Plan and execute unit, system and integration tests, and resolve defects
  • Collaborate with external system owners to develop interfaces and admin teams to deploy developed TIBCO solutions
SKILLS:

Required Skills:
  • 8 years of experience in software development life cycle, including, 5 years in TIBCO suite of products specifically in one or more of the following areas
    o TIBCO BW (required)
    o TIBCO Administrator and Hawk
    o TIBCO RV and EMS
    o TIBCO ADB Adapter, LDAP Adapter
    o TIBCO Business Connect
  • Proficient in Webservices, XML and XSLT
  • Experience using version control systems like VSS, TFS, ClearCase, CVS etc.
  • Experience in developing automated testing framework for BW processes and configured objects for Continuous Integration.
  • Experience in developing dashboards to view CLEH data and process monitoring details using GI or any other UI tools.
  • Proficient in Oracle database with strong command in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in UNIX Scripting
  • Well versed in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in an onsite-offshore setup

  • Languages: SQL is required
