Description

Coordination and analysis of the network operations strategy, performance and key initiatives to support country organisations in managing operations; Preparation of presentation and analysis materials for Executive Management and Board.

verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Develop and update presentations on various strategic topics.

  • Support strategy development, including internal and external analysis, strategic alternatives assessment, analysis and best practices.

  • Assist in long range planning and budgeting process, target setting, develop related communication materials and templates.

  • Coordinate and prepare recurring and ad hoc presentation/communication materials, ensuring accurate information and timely distribution, on behalf of CNO to Board members, Executive Management Committee, internal parties, conferences, etc.

  • Analyse operational metrics and trends, identify areas of improvement together with stakeholders and monitor progress.

  • Assure consistent reporting/reporting quality

  • Develop communication materials to highlight and track key operational initiatives and to flag operational issues.

  • Assure target settings for departments and individuals are in line with company budgets and company targets.

  • Coordinate and manage projects and assignments as requested.

  • Constantly thinking out of the box and strive for efficiencies/improvements

    Functie eisen:

    • Bachelor Business & Administration.
    • Masters Business/Commerce value added.
    • Minimum 7 years' experience in cable and/or telecoms industry in business analysis role.
    • Experience in financial/operational reporting.
    • Experience in financial modelling.
    • Good understanding of business and core processes.
    • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation preparation skills required.
    • A highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Position requires professionalism, discretion and ability to work within deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
    • Excellent understanding of MS Application (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
    • Fluency in English both written and spoken - ideally German as well.
    • A technical aptitude to understand new and current technologies and innovations.
    • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach with a wide range of groups, including internal departments, Affiliates and vendors
    • Leads by example in an open, friendly and honest manner, always leading with best practice
    • Determination and drive to consistently and successfully deliver according to commitment
    • Strong team player with a flexible and pragmatic approach
    • Pro-active individual - able to see issues and suggest solutions before they arise and willing to stand in the mud solving the issue arised
