Description
Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant required for a 5 month initial contract based in the North East of England.
Role Description:
Support Requirements Definition workstream by attending workshops, supporting the workshop leader with capturing requirements and identifying effective ways to meet those requirements within the CC&B package.
Required skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Oracle CC&B product (1-3+ years),
- Participation in Requirements definition phase of at least one CC&B implementation project,
- knowledge of UK Water industry desirable but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of deregulated Utility market in UK or other geography desirable.
- One role to have in-depth knowledge of finance/billing/credit-and-collections component of CC&B, the other to have similar experience of field-activities and/or customer contacts.
