Description
SQL Developer
The Successful candidate:
- Will be joining a SCRUM team of highly skilled professionals
- Will be heavily involved in analysing client requirements and liaising closely with stakeholders
- Will also be involved in the continued building of this, alongside working on the Data Presentation Layers, through cube and reporting development
- Will gather information from the Data Warehouse and will be involved in proposing new data packages (cube development) and reporting structures
- Will be using SSAS, SSIS & SSRS. The role will involve technical Back End data warehouse development and analytical reporting
- Will also be involved in database optimisation and tuning as required and help to build out the data warehouse as it evolves
The Person:
- Will have strong SQL development experience as well as SSIS/SSRS/SSAS competencies
- Will have strong Data Warehouse development experience and have developed cubes and complex reports
- Will have strong competency around Database/Data Warehouse tuning and optimisation
- Will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong client facing capabilities
- Will have a strong work ethic and be confident in your capabilities to deliver and translate client requirements into effective solutions
