Skills and Experience
- For a large agile transformation several coaches are needed to support its development teams
- Senior Scrum expert with 10+ years of experience
- The coaches must have deep expertise in Scrum
- Must have experience of working with Product Owners, Engineering Teams and PMO professionals to drive successful agile transformation programs
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fully realize the potential of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Senior Scrum Master and a technical expert for large team
- Work collaboratively with other application teams
- Work with globally diversified team in different time zone
- Guide & mentor other team members
- Work on more than one project simultaneously
- Self starter with good communication skills
