Description

SAP CRM consultant required by our client to work in Cape Town, South Africa.

There are three pieces of assistance the Customer wants:
1. Consulting Time to validate the proposed design of the Loyalty solution based on the requirements and a more in depth knowledge of how, perhaps, standard CRM Loyalty configuration can meet the requirements - in essence a Blueprint QA.

2. Expertise on how they can deal with specific voucher processing in their Customer Loyalty solution related to Smart Shoppers opting in to a campaign.

3. (Number 3 is "Nice to have"): Expertise on how Real Time processing could be done in order to achieve throughput and volume processing needs to match their existing loyalty solution; These parameters have been discussed before and are tps at a turnaround time of less than 300 ms. They understand that others, namely Boots, have done this already?
We don't expect that these requirements will all be met by a single individual, but if possible that would be great.
We expect the first two are more functional in nature and expect those to be met with a single consultant. The third element is more technical and we are pretty clear (from our Brand Match learnings) that we know how to solve it, but want it to be standard product.
The resource is required from now to end of April/May next year.
