One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a number of E-commerce Consultants.
Please find some details below:
- Project background:
o It aims to design/build CBG B2C-wide finance & accounting policies, procedures, processes, organization structures and IT systems, which are fully integrated with Front End B2C business org-processes-IT systems. The Front End B2C business org-processes-IT systems will be changed on a needed basis.
o The B2C F&A functions include Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A), Treasury(mainly cash mgmt. & working capital management), Tax, and Internal Controls.
o Geography-wise include: China, North America/Latin America, Asia, India, Europe
- Requirement for candidates:
o Target company is: Apple, Amazon, EBay, Amazon, Walmart
o US resources are preferred - not must
o have global perspectives and relevant global experience, ie, have done F&A related work for Apple and/or Amazon and know their B2C Finance & Accounting framework(policy/procedure-Org-Process-IT systems).
o Must understand B2C business and help client design the blueprint in FS area in HQ level,
o Has good deployment experience, understand how to deploy the all functions into 1-2 target geography;
o C level engagement - Typically grey hair and can accept part time people ( at least 1-2 week in project within one month). must have a strong communication skill from CFO respective.
o Full time job duration = 5-6 months, if can well accept by client, can extend 1 year.
