ROLE: eFX Application Management / Support

Essential skills

* Market data and Connectivity

* Knowledge of database technologies (Sybase, MS-SQL) preferred

* Scripting skills (Perl & shell) preferred

* Excellent communication skills at all levels of IT and the eFX and FXO business

* A good knowledge of operating systems - UNIX, Windows, ITIL based service delivery

Key Requirements (Work Experience)

* 4/5 year's relevant experience working in a busy trade floor environment in a client facing capacity

* Very good understanding eFX and FXO business

* Prior experience working with in-house FX and eFX developed systems * Maintenance of support documentation necessary for operation ( functional / technical)

* Backup and recovery management

* User support for functional and technical questions concerning the whole platform

* Cooperation in user acceptance tests

* Understanding of monitoring concepts (ITRS Geneos an advantage)
