An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a fast growing team in West Yorkshire. This role will see the successful candidate responsible for evaluating challenging business needs and assisting the software development team.This is for an initial 6 month contract, though expected to run longer. Candidates need to be able to interview next week and start by the end of the month.
Key Responsibilities - Analysis of business processes to create requirements & functional specifications - deliver effective & efficient software solutions in line with the Agile Development process - working closely with Managers, Testers , developers - Implementation of analysis tools and methodologies
Identify stakeholders and engage with them to discover, understand and define business problems and opportunities; - Define and agree criteria for projects ensuring they are delivered successfully Skills / experience sought
-a proven track record of working successfully as a Business Analyst on numerous projects - Experience within an e-commerce / retail environment - Solid experience of business process modelling with UML - Experience of working within an agile/scrum/iterative environment - experience of working with .Net/Microsoft development technologies and tooling is desirable
