Your tasks:
- Mobile vendor selection, management & service delivery tracking
- Oversee all mobility services for all regions across all mobile providers
- Device portfolio definition
- Definition of subscription types - telephony and data
- Vendor strategy and vendor selection
- Date plan structure definitions
- Mobile inventory mechanism / database
- Improvement in terms of service offering, costing & provisioning
- End user education to optimize spend and behavior - provide training
- Drive and support the implementation of services for scalability, agility and performance experience
Your qualifications
- Follow ITIL methodology during service design, build, implementation and operations
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices (IPS, Android, Windows Mobile)
- Strong knowledge in analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge in design and definition of standards for global mobility services and documentation
- Experience with mobility solutions along standards for highest integration, compatibility with other technologies, compatibility with applications and manageability
