Dev Manager - Development Manager - Lead Development Engineer
Hands on Dev Manager required to join the web team of a multimedia company based in London. The Dev Manager will come from a .Net, Agile background and will have delivered a variety of projects on time and on budget. The right development manager will be very much hands on, and have exceptional skills in managing people.
The main focus of the role is to hit the ground running by setting up a detailed .Net development process, focusing on building web applications with the Microsoft stack. You'll work with Product Owners on turning ideas into backlog items using live data to filter and prioritise.You must have the capability to put your foot down and challenge decisions, not just rubber stamping and moving to the next stage.
This role requires commercial .Net development experience.
