Front Office Web Developer - up to £600 p/dayLocation: London - Canary Wharf
Leading Investment Bank requires a UI Developer to build a new trading UI to be used by internal traders globally, which will replace the disparate UIs currently in use. The UI will be expected to communicate with existing services written in C++, C# and Java connected together via a high-speed messaging transport.
You would be working with a variety of times most of which are front office facing and responsible for the development and support of trading, eCommerce, pricing and risk management applications.
Key Skills/Experience/Competencies:
- JAVASCRIPT & HTML5
- BANKING & FINANCE EXPERIENCE
This role will be predominantly hands on with Javascript so the hands on experience with this is ESSENTIAL.
As many of the following would also be good:
- CSS, UI, AngularJS, Polymer, C++, C#, Java
- Front-office experience
Contract: 6 months rolling (view for numerous extensions)
Rate: Up to £600 per day
Notice: Up to 4 weeks
Start: ASAP
