Interim Service Desk Manager - Contract - BristolComputer futures require an Interim Service Desk Manager for a 3 month contract based in Bristol. As a key part of the team you'll be responsible for managing the existing service desk team consisting of a number of 1st/2nd Line Support engineers & also providing guidance to the businesses international support function.
Type: 12 Month Contract
Rate: £250 - £300 per day dependant on experience
Location: Bristol
Start Date: September/October 2015
Required skills and experience:
- Global service desk management exposure
- Sound technical knowledge across the windows and Cisco stack
- ITIL Foundation V3 Minimum
- Great Communicator
- Customer focused
