UNICA Campaign Builder - Marketing

Based in Berkshire
We have an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading telco company in Berkshire, as they seek to recruit a Lead Campaign Builder with good experience of UNICA.
A the Lead Campaign Builder, you will sit within the largest Marketing department within Brand & Integrated Comms, where you will be engaging with multiple stakeholders across BI/EI, Marketing, and Intelligence teams, to understand and build SMART campaigning and customer communications as the company move into a new phase.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Plan and build SMART campaigns using UNICA
- Provide insights and analysis for campaign selection to maximise response/conversion rate
- Ensure campaign rules, contact strategy and business rules are enforced
- Communicate comms insights and analytical findings clearly to internal customers
You need to have:
- Extensive knowledge of UNICA - the campaign tool
- Strong SQL skills with a background of querying large data sets
- Previously worked within a customer campaign team ideally
- Have a marketing mind-set to understand the behaviours
- A background in campaign management
