For our client in the manufacturing industry we are looking for a SAP support professional

Our client recently developed an SAP module that helps them to schedule the production in cooperation with the customer. It's an advanced order follow-up system in which they schedule how many units to produce according to the need of the client. They can anticipate on what resources to buy and have in stock. This system is based on SAP SD, MM & MRP and specific data sent by the sites. Now that the system is ready to be used, they are looking for someone to support the end-users of the system. Because it's new and custom developed, you'll receive training on-the-job. After your training you'll give training to end-users.
Besides the schedule business our client is also investigating new methods of reporting in SAP BW & BO. You will be involved in writing standard reports and looking at how to improver reporting in this area.
Tasks:
- Give support to key and end users about use of Order Follow up Schedule Agreement applications
- Give support to key and end user about reporting on Schedule Agreement orders
- Write standards reports in BW
- Write support documents for users
- Help in the deployment of OFU SB application
- Organize and give training in different countries or via Conf call
- Organize the communication about those new functionalities
- Help to improve applications' use by analysing recurrent problems
- Ensure the reliability and the stability of the interface.
